The starting point for theese informal courses is the evening's dinner with its unique produce and the recomended wines. Together we will taste our way through the different wine regions from which we will present you some slides from our own visits to the different producers which we have established a close friendship to. This is truly an experience in tastes, wine history and its making, not to mention the great bonding that strengthens and evolves between us all that participates.
